Set in an alternate timeline where Germany won WWII and the Pacific front ended in a stalemate, the United States is desperate to pick itself up from the eternal Depression it had never fully recovered from.

A third party rises out of the dysfunction of the establishment. No one thought the Pro-Nazi quack, Blake Weathers, could win the 1992 election.

Ann Martin and Kathy Debois grew up in the chaos of the early 90s. The twin sisters were separated at birth, each unaware of the other's existence, and each raised by a parent polar opposite of the other.

As the end of 2002 approaches, Ann and Kathy enter adulthood. A militia with a dangerous past hunts Kathy down, and Ann discovers a secret that the Reich thought it had buried long ago.
